CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas – Ta’Niya Latson scored a game-high 21 points and grabbed seven rebounds, Makayla Timpson had an 18-point, 12-rebound double-double, and Sydney Bowles (16 points) and Mariana Valenzuela (14 points) also reached double figures as the Florida State Seminoles (7-1) rolled to a 97-66 win over Missouri State (4-2) on day two of the 2024 Paradise Jam.

The Seminoles led wire-to-wire in a game that started with a 9-2 FSU run, and saw Florida State push its run to 17 points (33-16) midway through the second quarter. While MSU narrowed the gap to seven (38-31) at the half, the Seminoles ran the lead out to 21 points in the third quarter.

Missouri State returns to action Saturday in the 6:30 p.m. game against Texas Tech, while Florida State closes the 2024 Paradise Jam with a 9 p.m. game against Gonzaga.
