CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas – DeYona Gaston notched her 12th career double-double, scoring 28 points with four rebounds; Celia Sumbane added 12 points and Audia Young added 11 as the Auburn Tigers (5-2) turned in a dominant performance on day two of the 2024 Paradise Jam, downing Pittsburgh (5-3) 82-50 on Friday.

After a back-and-forth sequence over the first two minutes, Auburn quickly stretched its lead into double digits and never looked back, taking a 22-point lead (41-19) at the half and leading by as many as 37 points in the second half.

Pitt returns to action in the 1:30 game Saturday against Northern Iowa, while Auburn faces Kansas in the 4 p.m. game.
