TERMS & CONDITIONS
Refunds: Once final payment has been made, no refunds will be given. Initial deposit will be returned if requested in writing before February 1, 2008. Please purchase trip cancellation insurance to safeguard against loss of payment due to unforeseen covered circumstances.

Please Note: Supporters Tours require a minimum of 15 persons. If there are less than 15 people, BTI reserves the right to cancel the Supporters Tour and refund your money.

*Deviation Requests: Although we strongly encourage everyone to travel with the group block, we recognize there are special needs. We will do our best to service your requests at a fee of $100 per person, per incident plus any additional airfare costs associated with the change request.
